It has three living areas, two upstairs and one downstairs, two of the living areas have large screen tvs with Austar connection, a master bedroom with ensuite (with spa bath) and queen bed, plus seven other bedrooms, five with queen beds and two with single beds, and three fold out double bed size sofas. There are three other bathrooms all with bath/ seperate shower, living areas open out to south facing deck areas, overlooking the river, with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Downstairs living area also has a 3/4 size pool table. Off street parking for 4 cars. It is within walking distance to shopping centre with coffee shop, large supermarkets, newsagency etc, it is also within walking distance to Flying Horse Bar and Brewery. Please note: No single night bookings Dates of price difference, Long weekends, public holidays, Easter, May Races, Fun for kids festival, school holidays, cycling classic. ITEMS left behind can be posted. $30 fee.
