A stunning contemporary property situated a mere stone's throw between the amenities at New Beach Holiday Park. This static mobile home has double glazing, central heating, four bedrooms and a bathroom with the toilet in a separate room to make sharing the facilities easier. It’s close to the entertainment venue with its restaurant and bar, the indoor swimming pool and craft centre, plus Dymchurch Sea Wall is just across the road for a refreshing stroll by the sea. Up to ten guests can stay in this large property, with a double bed in the first two bedrooms, two single beds in the third and fourth bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living area. There's also space in both the double bedrooms for a travel cot should you require one (or two!) The bathroom has a shower, sink and towel rail with the toilet in a separate room - extra convenient for families as all the facilities can be used at the same time. Entering the property you find yourself in the heart of the home - the spacious, open-plan living area, with the bedrooms situated at either end of the property for extra privacy. The home has a modern design, finished in warm neutrals with decorative touches and wood-effect flooring throughout. The living area has a large wraparound sofa, paired with a cosy rug and facing the Smart TV. There's a dining table with chairs to gather around and enjoy meals or quality time together. Stepping through into the stylish kitchen area you find plenty of appliances - there's an oven, stove, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus a large fridge-freezer to store a big shop. The dark wood-effect cupboards compliment the space, and contain plenty of cookware and tableware for enjoying some home cooking. This site also has two restaurants if you don't fancy cooking during your stay - both just a couple minute's walk away on either side. Towels and bedding are included, together with gas and electricity on the terms of a fair use basis. This property is pet-friendly and all our properties are no-smoking. Contactless check-in. New Beach Holiday Park is the perfect spot for a seaside holiday as it's just across the road from a walk along the sea wall and a 15-minute walk away from the area's sandy beaches. There's plenty of modern facilities having undergone a major refurbishment in 2018. The new entertainment complex stages amazing live shows throughout the holiday season and the amusement arcade provides fun for all the family. Children can be kept entertained by the Segways, kid's club and the adventure playground. Those looking to relax can take a dip in the indoor heated pool or enjoy a drink in the lounge bar next to the super-size TV screens. The Neptune Pub & Carvery and the on-site clubhouse and restaurant provide great food and drink with a takeaway service. The park is also the perfect base for visiting the area's many tourist attractions, including the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway, and Port Lympne Safari Park, both just a 10-minute drive away. Explore the historic local coastline, including the amusements at the sandy beach of Dymchurch and the coastal market town of Hythe. Go fishing or boating in the Royal Military Canal or even take a day trip to France with the Eurotunnel a 20-minute drive away. Less than a 30-minute drive will take you to the scenic headland of Dungeness or the golden sands of Camber, and just beyond is the medieval town of Rye, a beautiful Cinque Port with a nature reserve and quirky independent shops, art galleries, pubs and tearooms.
