Set on the edge of a small hamlet, a traditional 17 th century farmhouse which has been restored to a high standard whilst retaining its original features. The spacious accommodation is based around a central courtyard which leads on to a walled garden area with a large swimming pool (11X5m). It has panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and is a short distance from some of the most picturesque parts of the island's coastline. There is Satellite TV, Hi-fi, DVD player, Wireless Broadband, Solar water heater, and air-conditioned bedrooms (optional) operated by pr-paid cards available from Natasha, the housekeeper, on arrival.The groundfloor level has an open-plan well appointed kitchen and dining area, and a large living room. Both these rooms are spacious with many traditional features, and have french windows leading directly on to the large courtyard, ideal for al fresco dining and barbecue, and with substantial plantings of bougainvillea, jasmine, passion flower, honeysuckle, and other shrubs. There is a utility room with shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. A gateway leads down to the garden and pool area which is private with open views and sunny position.The upstairs accommodation leads off a fine arched walkway with wonderful views. There is an impressive master bedroom with its original split-level birthing room , and two further double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The property also has three foldaway single beds that can be used anywhere in the house in addition to the beds in bedrooms . A cot and high chair are available- Lounge and kitchen/dining room are very spacious and can seat 8+. Fans are provided in every room. Air conditioning (optional) in all bedrooms and is operated by pr-paid cards available from, Natasha the housekeeper, on arrival. Heaters provided for the winter months. Beach towels are provided.Satellite TV, HI-Fi, DVD player, WI-fI Internet.
