The flat holds two big sunny bedrooms (15 m2 and 14 m2 )that holds king size beds(150x190 cm) with big wardrobes and a small bedroom (6.3 m2)also with a wardrobe which contains a sofa that can be converted to a double bed. All the rooms have own privacy and all rooms are equipped with Mitsubishi A/C’s.Two modern furnished bathrooms with washing machine and drying machine.24/7 hot water including towels for visitors and a terrace which can hold up a big table and 5 chairs. Neighborhood: My flat located in the center of Nisantası which is the most stylish suburb in Istanbul, Home to some of the city’s prominent artists and intellectuals as well as many expats. It is well known as the fashion district and it is considered to be one of Istanbul's most exclusive neighbourhoods. The district hosting variety of exclusive brands and shops offering Turkish and international designer labels, art galleries, restaurants of international cuisine, cafés and nightclubs. Location: While your stay, you will be 2 minutes walking distance to Maçka Demokrasi Parkı , unrevealed in term of one the biggest greenery in Istanbul which is great for jogging and to hangout. 2 kms (15-20 min walking distance) to Taksim Square There is dolmus (shared cab) option at beginning of street across from tesvikiye mosque which is just 250 meters away from my flat that leaves you on Taksim square, in front of Gezi pastry shop for 1 euros. 10 minutes walking distance to Zeytinburnu-Kabataş Tram Line (T1) which is undoubtedly the most interesting line for tourists because it connects the historical part of Istanbul with the modern part of Istanbul by crossing the Galata Bridge.
