Paralia Beachfront Residence is approved by Greek Tourism Organization and has a license number: 1033819 & managed by "etouri vacation rental management". Located right on the beach of Kavros, in a plot covering 4.000 sq. m., Paralia Beachfront Residence is consisted of 3 independent buildings of a total surface of 500 sq. m., two of which contain the living areas, while the third one offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and barbecue facilities. The layout of the Villa is ideal for big families or groups of friends, as it offers absolute privacy to its guests, as well as independence when required, while everyone is close at the same time. The Villa can accommodate 10 people in its 5 bedrooms and up to 12 people if necessary. Furthermore, Paralia Beachfront Residence is conveniently located within walking distance from all daily amenities, such as restaurants, super markets and gift shops. The location is also a great base to explore both Chania and Rethymnon, as it is between the two cities. Last but not least, the main benefit of this beachfront Villa is the unobstructed sea views if offers from all angles, creating a unique summer feeling! Indoor layout First Building The main building of Paralia Beachfront Residence features an open plan area, consisted of the sitting area which boasts a comfortable sofas, a 49” satellite HDTV with Netflix, Playstation 4 and a kitchenette with breakfast counter, kitchen stoves and a small fridge. The room provides amazing sea views and large glass doors open up to the pool terrace, facilitating outdoor access. Three of the bedrooms can be found here, two of which feature a double bed while the third one has two single beds, which can also be converted to a king size bed if required. All bedrooms are air conditioned, have a 32” satellite HDTV, as well as their own en-suite bathroom with shower cabin with hydromassage and they offer direct access to the pool and terrace. Finally, next to the living room, an auxiliary room with an office and a sofa, as well as an additional bathroom with a shower cabin are available. Second Building Moving on to the second building guests will find an additional living area equipped with an indoor dining table, also offering wonderful views of the Cretan sea and easy outdoor access.Furthermore, a second and kitchenette with a beautiful wooden breakfast counter is available on this building. The remaining two large bedrooms are located here as well. The first one has two single beds, which can also be converted to a king size bed if required and provides direct access to the pool and garden, while the second one is equipped with a king size bed. Both bedrooms have sitting area, dressing table, a 32” satellite HDTV and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The whole Villa is decorated in great style, with modern and quality furnishings, giving a summer vibe throughout, which you will make you feel at home right away. Third Building A few steps aways, the spacious kitchen is equipped with professional appliances and barbecue facilities, making the daily cooking of your group an easy task! Moreover, a large dining table for your whole group, with views to the pool, will be your favourite dining area day and night. A large 65” HDTV, sofa, washing machine and clothes dryer are available at this room as well. Outdoor Area The 3.500 m2 outdoor area of Paralia Beachfront Residence is beautifully landscaped and it offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation, while in enjoys unobstructed views to the sea and the surrounding hills. Last but not least, a sandy beach is at your doorstep, a few steps away! More specifically our outdoor facilities include: - A huge, 250 sq. m private swimming pool, 1.40 m deep, equipped with a water heater/chiller combo system, allowing you to have the desired water temperature. The use of the heater/chiller system will cost an additional 70€ per day (please note that it can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one weeks advance notice). - The pool also features a children’s compartment, 0.40 m deep. A protective pool fence can also be provided upon request. - Vast lawn covered area with palm trees and flowers, ideal for the kids to play. - A variety of furnished spots for relaxing on the pool terrace, featuring gazebos with day beds, comfortable sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor sitting area with sofas) -Direct access to a long sandy beach, a few meters away from the pool. Private sun beds and umbrellas are provided on the beach for our guests. - Ping pong table, football nets and 4 bicycles are available (2 for adults & 2 for children). - The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance, offering 100% privacy to our guests. - Free Parking space for 5 cars.
