Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite television, while a baby bed and a highchair are available on request. Living room has a sofa bed for one person. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and a single bed. From the furnished sunny balcony you can enjoy wonderful mountain views of the Schlern, Hammerwand, Tschafon, Latemar, Rittner Horn and others. The communal outdoor area boasts a garden, a furnished open terrace with a barbecue and a playground. The centre is a 10-minute walk away, where you will find supermarkets, cafés and restaurants as well as bus connections. The region offers a multitude of hiking and cycling routes, and skiing areas are within 30 minutes by car. Bozen/Bolzano is a 25-minute drive or 17km away. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Homemade organic produce and jams available on request.
