Channel View's excellent seafront location boasts fantastic sea views across to the harbour, Mounts bay and the magical St Michaels Mount. The home is a short level stroll to the harbour and excellent travel links of this lively coastal resort. Many shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs are within a short distance of the property. The apartment is brand newly refurbished for 2018 to a high luxury standard and is fully equipped with everything you would expect in this home away from home! This ground floor apartment boasts 2 bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin plus an extra foldout guest bed, Living room with TV, Hifi & DVD, Dining area, Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with washer-dryer, private enclosed courtyard, Shared front sea view picnic area. Bookings are mainly 7 days Sunday or Monday checkin however short breaks and other checkin days may also be considered. Please contact me to enquire for any other length of stay. 3 nights minimum. Please don't wear outside shoes in the apartment. No parking on the property - There is on street parking which is sometimes hard to find but normally there will be a space somewhere nearby. No stairs - You could stay on the level you enter the building but steps are required to enter. Entry via the rear could be arranged for step free entry. No smoking Pets are only allowed with prior consent and if permitted there will be a £30 charge. You must also adhere to the rules in the house manual. If anyone in the guests party shows any symptoms of Coronavirus, they must immediately inform us and then the entire party must return to their primary residence to self isolate. Late checkout is strictly by advance arrangement only. It is not always possible due to the next guest coming in and housekeeping schedules but we will try to accommodate where we can. Unauthorised late checkout may incur a late checkout fee if houskeeping have to bring in extra staff and in turn pass on the charge to us.
