Description: Villa Rio is an opulent five bed villa which has been furnished to the highest standards. The outside space at Villa Rio is wonderful, with a large private pool (25 x 5m) which has a swim-up bar area, an astroturf lawn area with sunbeds, spacious terraces furnished for both relaxing and dining, Gas BBQ, table tennis table and lovely golf views. Upon entering the villa you find concertina doors running the length of the dining room offering a beautiful view to the outside terrace, pool and gardens with the golf course beyond. The dining room sits between the kitchen/diner/main living area and the first of the five luxurious bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with a floating kitchen bar and stools and a second side kitchen/utility room equipped with dishwashers and a second fridge freezer making entertaining an easier affair. The TV system in the living area has music channels that can provide music for the ground floor and outside terrace. The ground floor double bedroom (can be made up as a twin if required) is en-suite with a large walk-in shower. This room has patio doors which open out to the poolside terrace. The second double bedroom has a separate entrance from the main villa is also en-suite with a bath and overhead shower; your very own annex. The room has patio doors which again open out to the terrace, pool and gardens. Situated on the first floor there is a stunning seating area which is beautifully decorated and furnished with plush comfortable sofas and soft furnishings. Floor to ceiling concertina doors open out to the beautiful views bringing the outside in. This is the ultimate chill out area for a glass of bubbles! The stunning Master bedroom is situated on the same floor. Impressively decorated and furnished this room has a separate walk-in wardrobe with full length mirror doors. The en-suite has his & hers sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. You also have a private balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The Master bedroom can be made up as a twin if required. The last two bedrooms are also situated on this floor; a double and a twin which share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. These rooms have a lockable door from the sitting area so can be treated as their own annex. Both rooms have patio doors offering views of the pool and garden. Upstairs there is a spacious outside terrace offering 360 degree views over the golf course out to the mountains beyond, and out to sea over the coastline towards Paphos - a beautiful space for an evening sundowner.
