The apartment Eidechsspitz is located in the Residence Condor, in a quiet, sunny and central position of Meransen, with a wonderful panoramic view of the Eisack Valley, Puster Valley and the Dolomites, and is the ideal vacation destination in every season. From here you can stop at one of the 30 rustic alpine huts, ski in the Gitschberg Jochtal ski area or go on a hike or mountain bike tour against a picturesque backdrop. The modernly furnished apartment has a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 adults and one child. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The child-friendly accommodation provides a crib and toys on request. Washing machine and dryer are also available on request for a fee. Bedroom 1 has 1 queen size bed for 2 people. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen size bed for 2 people as well. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The outdoor area is a great place to wind down the evenings with a glass of wine on your balcony and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. In the shared area of Residence Condor guests will find a sauna to relax in, a beautiful communal garden with a large lawn and an open terrace. Only 4 minutes walk from your accommodation, there is a restaurant and a bar (300 m). In 3 minutes walk you can reach a grocery market (210 m) and a bakery in 5 minutes walk (350 m). A public swimming pool is located nearby (6 minutes walk, 450 m). In winter you can easily reach the skiing area Gitschberg Jochtal at 2.107 m with the 8-seater cable car (7 km).
