The interiors of this beautiful holiday villa, of which you will occupy the entire ground floor which opens onto the magnificent tiled and tree-lined garden, are bright and welcoming, and include two beautiful bedrooms (one with its en-suite bathroom), a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and a large comfortable living room. The exterior is ideal for enjoying the sun, with two large terraces, one of which surrounds the large swimming pool, and the other is in the shade. The location of this beautiful vacation rental is ideal, on the outskirts of the village, quiet, between sea and mountains, and 23 minutes from the Spanish border. Saint-André is a pretty, typically Catalan village which offers many possibilities for peaceful walks and varied activities. The Massif des Albères is at 3 km and is full of hiking and mountain biking routes, trout fishing and skiing in winter. In the village itself, on a farm where you can discover yesteryear breeding methods, with an animal and leisure park, 300 animals await you. Free access to the glassworks specializing in the traditional blowing of hollow glass with a cane, to the artistic exhibitions at the town hall, and to a ceramic painting workshop. A theatre festival takes place every July. This beautiful gîte, 20 minutes from Perpignan, is close to the Banyuls marine reserve, the Côte Vermeille with Canet-en-Roussillon or Barcarès, the largest karting circuit in Europe, and many listed religious sites.
