We offer 4 apartments on the Lindenhof Bergenhausen for 2-6 people each: (There are more photos on our homepage lindenhof-bergenhausen. de) Wäller Stube: The apartment has an external staircase made of solid oak and can be reached from the garden side. On the first floor you can access the hallway of the apartment through a separate, country-style front door. A successful mix of ancient and modern awaits you in the apartment: Enter the 20 sqm living room, the floor of which is covered with solid larch planks and the walls are partly made of ancient half-timbered and partly made of rustic plaster in Mediterranean colors. Here you can make yourself comfortable after a long hike on the huge, cozy living area, which offers enough space for the whole family. Review the day over a glass of wine or simply relax in front of the large flat screen TV with satellite reception and DVD recorder. Or would you prefer to prepare a delicious meal for yourself and your loved ones in the new, modern fitted kitchen with 19 square meters? In any case, you will not miss anything here: in addition to an electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, the kitchen is also equipped with all the other utensils needed for cooking. Of course, this also includes basic equipment with usual spices, garbage bags, etc. You can then eat at the dining table, which seats 6 people. Perhaps you would prefer to take a hot bubble bath in the corner bathtub of the equally spacious bathroom after a strenuous bike tour, so that you can relax your muscles a little? In addition to the aforementioned bathtub, the bathroom is of course also equipped with a shower, a toilet, a vanity and a bidet. At the end of a beautiful holiday, you will surely sleep well in the cozy beds of the two 14 and 19 sqm bedrooms, in order to be able to set off for new activities the next day. Both bedrooms are furnished with antique softwood furniture. The larger of the two bedrooms has a double bed, the smaller one has two single beds. Of course, wardrobes and chests of drawers offer enough space in both rooms to store the items of clothing. The apartment is completed by a storage room in which, for. B. Beverage crates and the like can be stored. When the weather is hopefully nice, you can also let the sun shine on your skin on the large terrace paved with old, Dutch paving bricks. Appropriate garden furniture is of course available for this. We also offer the garden and a fire and grill area for shared use. Bauernkate: The 90 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of the Lindenhof and can be reached from the rustic paved courtyard. The separate house entrance door, which is protected by a rustic canopy made of half-timbered timber, initially leads into the hallway of the holiday apartment. From here, another door leads into the spacious, 16 square meter kitchen. Already here you will clearly see what you can expect in many other places in the apartment: A very rustic interior using historical building materials, but functionality is never missing. So the floor of the kitchen is designed with clay tiles that lay on the grain floor of a half-timbered house several hundred years ago. The kitchen cupboards and electrical appliances are all walled and beautifully plastered, the worktops consist of a thick, solid beech worktop. You can cook on the ceramic hob or on the two gas burners next to it. A refrigerator, a dishwasher and a microwave are of course also available. Of course there is also a basic set of usual spices, garbage bags etc. in the kitchen. As a heating option, there is a rustic, round stove that can be heated with wood. The kitchen is directly connected to the adjoining dining room and is only separated by a few huge and gnarled oak beams. The dining room is dominated by a large, roughly made oak table with appropriate seating, which fits very well with the solid wooden floor. Furthermore, an antique buffet cabinet serves as a storage place for the dinnerware. From the dining room you can access the 20 sqm living room. The dining room and living room are separated from each other by a half-timbered wall, which is bricked with historical bricks and clay, and thus gives both rooms a cozy ambience. The other walls of the living room consist partly of ancient half-timbering, partly of rustic plaster in Mediterranean colors. Here you can make yourself comfortable after a long hike on the large, cozy corner sofa, which offers enough space for the whole family (the sofa can also be converted into a bed for 2 people). Review the day over a glass of wine or simply relax in front of the large flat screen TV with satellite reception and Blue Ray player. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: The larger bedroom has a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). The clothes can be stored in an antique linen closet. The second bedroom has two cozy bunk beds, each 90 x 200 cm in size and built as a bunk bed between two half-timbered structures. There is also a rustic built-in closet that offers space for laundry but also other things. From this bedroom a patio door leads into the garden. Maybe you would prefer to take a hot bubble bath in the bathtub of the bathroom after a strenuous bike ride to relax your muscles a little? In addition to the aforementioned bathtub, which can be fitted with a shower partition and can therefore also be used as a shower, the bathroom is of course also equipped with a toilet and a vanity. The apartment is completed by a storage room, in which there is a washing machine and continue to z. B. Beverage crates and the like can be stored. In hopefully nice weather, you can also make yourself comfortable on the garden furniture, which is located on the large outdoor seating area. This is partly covered in case the sun shines too hard. We also offer the garden and a fire and grill area for shared use. The granary ... ... the name is no coincidence, because the top floor of the Lindenhof in which this holiday apartment is located was originally the storage for the harvested grain, that is, the "grain store" of the farmers who lived there for generations. Until 2001, the former granary of the Lindenhof was only used as a normal storage room. Then this part of the Lindenhof was made usable again: almost everything that was above the ceiling of the upper floor was torn down and completely rebuilt. When building the old granary again, we were careful to use as many historical building materials as possible and to give the living spaces a very special charm. So we were very lucky to find the very large living-dining room and two bedrooms old, fired clay tiles that actually once were in a granary around 200 years ago. In the kitchen and in the third bedroom, solid oak ship parquet was installed, which also comes from a dismantling. The granary is the largest apartment in the Lindenhof and can be reached via an external staircase. It has a floor area of approx. 120 m² and, as already mentioned, is located in the attic. Therefore, there are sloping ceilings in all rooms, but the rooms are almost completely usable due to the high knee and the two large dormer windows. In the three bedrooms of the granary, 6 people find enough space to sleep. The two large bedrooms are each equipped with a very nice double bed (180 x 200 cm). One of these bedrooms is equipped with a large dormer and floor-to-ceiling windows, so that you can enjoy a very nice view of the surrounding meadows and forests from your bed. However, “stargazers” should rather choose the other large bedroom, because here the bed is located directly under a 140 cm skylight with a clear view of the sky. The small bedroom has two single beds built around a corner with the dimensions 90 x 200cm and 100x200 cm. The bedrooms are completed by antique wardrobes or an antique chest of drawers. With an occupancy of more than 6 people, the couch could be used for sleeping or an additional guest bed could be set up. With its approx. 45 m², the living-dining area offers space for a large, rustic dining table (100 x 200 cm), where up to 8 people can be seated, as well as for a very spacious living area that you can use e.g. B. for cozy TV evenings with the large flat TV or long winter evenings in front of the large fireplace. The kitchen is also very spacious with its approx. 25 m² and comfortably designed with the very individually manufactured cupboards. Here you will find everything you need for cooking and baking on the 90 cm wide electric cooker with induction hob. The granary is completed by the bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity, which is tiled with beautiful antique marble.
