Casa da Laranja adjacent to the orange grove and overlooks the vast almond orchard, is one of the 3 rental villas we have on our estate of 20 000m2 named Casa Nova Safra in Moncarapacho. This villa comprises of a open lounge, a fully-fitted modern kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition to the climate control air conditioning, there is a centrally located wood burning stove, facilitating a comfortable holiday environment all year round. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds with possibility to place a third bed on request. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. This villa has two private terraces. The northwest terrace has a lounge seating and your private plunge swimming pool to cool off during the hot days. The south facing terrace has an outside dining table with seating for 6. Things you need to know: * We have 2 amazing friendly dogs walking freely on our property Casa Nova Safra. Lilli is our 8 year old Portuguese shepherd dog (Barbado da Teceira). Also our daughters Cane Corso puppy 7 months in August, his name is Lu. They look maybe sad or dangerous, but are certainly not.
