The use of the swimming pool, the garden and the common areas are shared with other apartments. The complex is suitable for families with children, it is completely fenced and the swimming pool has shallow water. A few minutes by car you can reach both the heights of the Mottarone, a destination for hiking in summer and skiing and walking on the snow in winter, and the beaches of Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore. Opportunity to practice the various activities offered by the lake and the mountains, including sailing, windsurfing, swimming, diving and canoeing, or hiking, cycling and fishing.
