You will be evicted if this rule is broken. ** Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023) ** The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Saturday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us. ** Where will I be? ** The Condo At Gerroa is located opposite Crooked River, an excellent local fishing, canoeing and kayaking spot. This contemporary property is within easy walking distance of Seven Mile Beach, which is perfect for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding.The Blue Swimmer Restaurant is a 2 minute stroll in the other direction. Drop in for a friendly and relaxed dining experience overlooking the Gerroa foreshore. A short five-minute drive you away is ** Werri Beach, Gerringong **, which is patrolled during the summer season. It is also a great spot for swimming, surfing, or taking a dip in the rock pools. In this neighbouring town you will find more shops, cafes, restaurants, a bar, wineries and a brewery. ** Why choose The Condo At Gerroa? ** A calm and peaceful oasis, The Condo At Gerroa is a place to retreat to by the oceanside. Perfect for families, couples and groups of friends needing a space which promotes relaxation and encourages guests to unwind and recharge. ** How is the property laid out? ** The Condo's open-plan interiors are light-filled and relaxing. On the ground floor, two guest bedrooms share the main bathroom, and the living area opens onto the backyard, which has an outdoor shower and sun lounger. There is also a fully equipped laundry for longer stays. Upstairs, the open plan kitchen, dining and living area havebeen thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. From the linen couch and fireplace to the fully equipped designer kitchen and large timber dining table, all of which flows onto a shaded deck with uninterrupted ocean views. The master queen bedroom with ensuite is located on this level. ** PLEASE NOTE **- Bedroom 3 can be made up as a king bed if required. The default configuration is two single beds. Please let us know your preference at the time of making your booking. ** What about outdoors? ** The rear yard is private space surrounded by leafy green plants which includes a small manicured lawn with sun lounger and an outdoor shower. On the upper level is an outdoor deck with ocean views. There is ample seating for all guests to congregate on the deck and share a unique outdoor dining experience, or conduct a dusk or dawn surf check. If you are lucky enough to find yourself alone on the deck why not sit back and enjoy a cup of tea whilst reading a good book? ** Staying warm or keeping cool? ** For year round comfort The Condo At Gerroa offers zoned Air Conditioning throughout the property. All bedrooms include ceiling fans and the upstairs lounge room boasts a gas fireplace. ** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? ** High quality sheets, pillows, blankets or duvets, linen and bath towels are all provided at this property! Please however bring your favourite beach towel! ** Parking for cars, boats, etc? ** There is one carport parking space and one off street open air parking space on the driveway. Street parking is also available. ** Is my dog or cat welcome to stay? ** Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet friendly options. ** What are the minimum stay rules? ** There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January. ** Are there any special Peak Season rules? ** Please note that during Peak Season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We do not schedule arrivals on public holidays. ** WiFi, Netflix, Internet or Pay TV - will I have it? ** This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if the service is problematic. Therefore if WiFi is important, please always have a back up plan. The main TV is a smart TV with access to Netflix. ** Who will I be dealing with during my stay? ** This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral.
