The large open plan living area is on the mezzanine floor with an entrance from the private garden and consists of a kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a large garage with parking space and bicycles and a laundry room with a washing machine. On the second and last floor another large living area with two double beds. The kitchen is brand new and modern, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. There is also air conditioning in every room, satellite TV, a stereo and Wi-Fi. Large private enclosed garden with sun loungers and table for outdoor dining. This detached villa is within easy reach of the center of Garda and the lakeshore, and just minutes from the picturesque hinterland. Obligatory fees not included in the booking price and payable in cash on arrival: Check-IN from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. - Late Check-in: please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance: Arrivals after 7.00 pm will be charged + € 30,00, after 10.00 pm will be charged with + € 50,00 - Tourist tax depending on the municipality, per person/per night (from 14 years) - Heating fee in the period from 01.10 to 30.04 per night + € 10,00!! Optional extras on request and payable in cash on arrival: - Bed linen and towels: you can add these for € 12,50 per person and change or feel free to bring your own and save on the final price. If you prefer to sleep in separate beds and where this is possible and a request is made, the additional cost of the bed linen set is +€ 10.00. Pre-booking requested. - Pets are welcome on request, there is a +€ 20,00 charge per pet for the whole stay. - Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: This is possible ONLY after agreement and availability of the respective holiday flat and can be communicated only two days before arrival/ or two days before departure, for an extra charge. - Extra bed + € 20,00 - Cot (1-24 months) + € 15,00 - High chair + € 10,00 If you have any other wishes, such as a portable barbecue in the flat, or other extras, please contact us.
