"Orchard Lodge" Pound Farm Holidays - Mid Devon

Our wooden bespoke 2 bedroom Orchard Lodge is situated exclusively on its own within its own secure grounds with amazing panoramic views over the Devon hillside with a stream meandering through the valley. A west facing veranda with outdoor seating is the perfect place to watch the sunset. Enjoy the rural tranquil location, wildlife, starry skies, walks and beautiful scenery that a perfect farm stay can offer. We have a quiet Fishing pond area, well stocked with Roach, Rudd, Perch and Carp. You are welcome to fish as many times as you like during your stay at no extra cost or just sit, relax and enjoy the wildlife which can be seen in and around the pond. Pound Farm is easily accessible just a 10 minute drive from the M5 (J28). We are situated on the edge of the village of Butterleigh, in Mid Devon. 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 king-size zip n link bed ( which can be made into two single beds on request) Fully fitted kitchen - electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, Washing machine, free standing fridge freezer, slow cooker Open plan lounge dining area 1 showed room, wc, hand basin Electric heating throughout Included - linen/bedding, towels, bath, hand towels & tea towels Utility room - additional wc & shower 2 dogs welcome (£20 per per per week) Sleeps 4 +2 - sofa bed in lounge to accommodate 2 guest (additional charge for sofa bed £10 per person per night)
