-: Cozy and well mantained house in Porto Cristo, only 500m frm te sandy beach. Very close to all services and within walking distance of supermarket, restaurants, etc...Located in a quiet residential street, the house has 2 floors. On the gound floor you will find the kitchen, lounge and dinning area, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a children playroom. There is also a small patio, with the stairs that lead to the top floor. On the top floor there is a Roof terrace, completed with outdoor furniture and sun umbrella and also one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Off this bedroom there is another terrace, this is a sun terrace with sun loungers to relax in the sun. We offer baby cot, hight chair and chidren toys and games, so this house is comfortable and convenient for families. we do also offer basic beach equipment, such as sun umbrella and cooler bag. Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at € 0.15 per kw / h. The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per adult and night (from May to October). All our houses are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check in.
