This charming, small holiday house which has been recently renovated is situated in a panoramic position near a tiny group of houses called Camella belonging to the small town of Perdifumo. The small characteristic cottage has a pleasant and functional furniture and is ideal for a small family offering a double bedroom for the parents and a twin bedded room for your children. On the beautiful, large and panoramic terrace you can organize a barbecue, enjoy your outdoor dinner with special view or just relax after an entire day on the beach or a trip into the mountains. Perdifumo is situated in the western part of the lovely region called Cilento, not far away from the mountain "Monte Stella (1130 m. a.s.l) which is the highest mountain in that area. The Cilento in the south of Italy between Paestum in the north, Sapri in the south and the Vallo di Diano in the east is a dreamplace for all those who love the authentic Italy, far away from the mass tourism with its gigantic and anonymous hotel chains. Here you will find tiny hamlets in the hills which offer a beautiful view, elegant seaside resorts with free and equipped sandy beaches or small secret bays with crystal clear water; you can take your aperitif at the sunset or walk along a small touristic harbor. In the Cilento you will enjoy your beach holiday not only in high season, but in the springtime and autumn, too. Frequently you will see people on the beach in April or May already, and especially tourists from Northern and Central Europe will enjoy their first bath in the month of May. The nearby Santa Maria di Castellabate, a picturesque, small seaside resort which offers beautiful sandy beaches practically in the center, also owns a long sea promenade, an antique, small center next to the sea and numerous bars and local restaurants. In a dominating position overlooking Santa Maria di Castellabate and at a few km drive only you will discover the charming hamlet of Castellabate which dates back to the year 1123 and which is an amazing labyrinth of small alleys, stairs and tiny squares which offer beautiful views over the surrounding countryside on the one side and over the coast on the other. All those among you who love history and art should not miss a day trip to the ruins of Paestum (24 km ca.) with three of the most well-preserved ancient Greek temples.
