GUEST ACCESS While we think the views are all you need, we provide access to WiFi, Free to Air TV, DVDs and a Bose speaker for when you need a little help unwinding. Step onto the beach directly from the rocks at the front of the property, hike the National Park, be humbled by Aboriginal rock carvings at Jibbon Head ... Situated within the Royal National Park, Bundeena is popular with locals and tourists alike for hiking, swimming, birdwatching, watersports and whale/dolphin watching. There are a few friendly cafes on the main street, and plenty of regular local events to experience. GETTING AROUND Ethel & Ode's is located in Bundeena - a unique beach side town located within the Royal National Park. Just under one hour from Sydney CBD by care, there is also a train from Central Station to Cronulla (1hr travel time) and an hourly ferry that goes from Cronulla to Bundeena (20 minute journey). Please note that if you are staying in Bundeena you are exempt from paying the National Park visitor's fee when you enter into the Royal National Park. There is no direct public transport in/around Bundeena but everything is within walking distance. HOUSE RULES No smoking Not suitable for pets Check in time is 3PM - 12AM (midnight) Check out by 10AM Full house rules are set out in the property information folder. Late check out / early check in available on request, subject to availability. While Parties and Events may be allowed, it is by request only and permission is granted on a case by case basis. We welcome enquiries for wedding receptions and special events. Please remove shoes when in the house, and use outdoor shower or hose to remove sand before entering the house. Bath and beach towels are provided, please ensure bath towels are used only inside and not taken to the beach. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Two driveway parking spaces available. Security cameras are in place on the outside of the property only and clearly marked, they are not actively monitored however and are only reviewed in the event of security breach or damage. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE This property is on the waterfront and while there are gates, children should be supervised at all times. Please note that pricing has been confirmed out to February 2022 only. Beyond this - pricing must be confirmed direct with the owner.
