An idyllic waterfront property just four hours drive North of Sydney. Escape to the peace and quiet of Riverside on the Hastings River at this stunning four bedroom home. While sitting at the 8 seat gazebo watch the dolphins swim by, eagles soar and hear the birds singing. We have our own "Love Birds" that live in our trees. This property is truly amazing with it's own beach and private jetty with mooring poles. The swimming pool is set in a tropical garden with lush gardens throughout the property. There are two sun beds around the pool to relax on. It offers open plan living with a well equipped kitchen. There are four bedrooms, master has a king bed a huge walk-in robe and ensuite, ceiling fan and air conditioned. 2nd bedroom(Queen bed) has its' own ensuite and is air conditioned. Third Bedroom also has a Queen bed with ceiling fan and the fourth bedroom consists of a single bed, bunks with a double on the bottom and a single on top also with ceiling fan. There is garaging for 2 cars with a huge driveway that will accommodate more. The home has a family room with air con & wood fire next to the kitchen, formal dining room, formal lounge , a full size billiard table, meals area and a TV room at the wing of the house. It has slate tiles throughout the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. WE OFFER A FERRY PASS THAT ALLOWS ONE CAR TO TRAVEL FREE WHILST YOU ARE STAYING. If you want to leave paradise there are lovely swimming beaches that are patrolled. There are many local attractions which include Timbertown at Wauchope, Billabong Koala Wildlife Park, cruises along the river and canals, ten pin bowling, skate park or why not take the children to Ricardoes Tomato & Strawberry farm and let them pick their own strawberries, horse riding, cinema, Glasshouse Entertainment Centre, wineries or for the more adventurous why not try sky diving or go for a ride in a Jetfighter. There are many different types of restaurants in town. LOCATION: 53 Riverside Drive, Port Macquarie Riverside is located on the north side of the Hastings River, Port Macquarie and access is via the Hibbard Ferry (cnr Boundary St & Hastings River Rd) and has limited Hours or Settlement Point ferry which runs 24/7.
