Located in the countryside in a small quiet village, just 3 minutes by car from the most beautiful Landing beaches (Arromanches, Asnelles) and less than 10 minutes from Bayeux, this very functional and cozy house offers you all the comfort and equipment you can dream of for your vacation. The main house (70 m²) comprises on the ground floor an American kitchen (fully equipped) open onto a living room with a very nice fireplace that will fill you up during your autumn or winter evenings (wood not provided, possibility to buy locally in specialized stores located less than 10 minutes from the house). 3 large sofas (including 1 BZ offering 1 or even 2 beds) will allow you to relax and share good times with the family, around one of the many board games available to you for example, or by reading one many books in the living room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (with toilet). Room n ° 1 is equipped with a double bed 160 * 200, rooms n ° 2 and n ° 3 are in turn equipped with a single bed 90 * 190, with the possibility of having in addition a folding bed . Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have many books and toys for children from 3 to 12 years old. The outbuilding (not communicating with the main house) consists on the ground floor of a laundry area (with washing machine and dryer) and upstairs an attic room equipped with a double bed (140 * 190). A partition and a door were installed during 2018 in order to completely isolate the first floor and thus avoid the unpleasant odor and noise that there could be. The fully enclosed plot offers a south-facing terrace, not overlooked, equipped with a teak table for 6 people and 6 garden chairs, a large offset parasol and a charcoal barbecue (charcoal and lighter -fires not provided), enough to fully enjoy the sun.
