This semi-detached house with sea view lies about 1400 m from Grotticelle beach. The area is Capo Vaticano, just minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa degli Dei, such as the renowned Tropea. The accommodation is on three levels. On the ground floor a double bedroom with bathroom (maximum height 1.9 m), a lovely private outdoor space, a beautiful covered patio, paved and equipped for your outdoor meals, in addition to a brick barbecue. On the first floor two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. An external spiral staircase leads to the attic with a double bedroom (minimum height 1.65 m and max 2.10 m) and a small open terrace to relax in front of a nice glass of wine and enjoy a breathtaking view that, on sunny days, offers a view up to the Aeolian Islands. The three levels are connected only through external staircases. Do not miss the culinary specialities in the many restaurants in the area that offer traditional dishes. Close to the house are the sea museum and the lighthouse of Capo Vaticano, the famous Tropea is only 10 km away, but can also take a ferry to reach the charming Aeolian Islands and make a nice excursion.
