A modern 3 bedroom apartment, located on Borochov street in central Raanana (near the main street - Ahuza ), a minute’s walk from the city center abundant with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and general services. This gorgeous apartment is ideal for a couple with 3-4 kids (6 people max). It is located on the first floor in a building with an elevator. The apartment has an ensuite master bedroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms, each with 2 single beds that can be joined together to create a double bed, as well as an additional bathroom with a shower. There is also a free parking space (upon availability). The apartment is fully furnished to the highest standards and is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite television, DVD player and hair dryer. It also includes the convenience of a washing machine, tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board. The fully equipped, modern kitchen allows you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals as well as host, should you choose to do so. It is fitted with a fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, grilled sandwich maker, coffee machine and essential cooking utensils. Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Extra charges (Cleaning fees & Electricity): Weekly cleaning: mandatory fee over 10 nights stay, will be added to the total price. For longer stays over 1 month stay - one cleaning visit per week will be added to the total (3-4 weekly cleanings per month) 120-150$ depends on number of guests. Final cleaning: will be added to the total price for all reservations. Electricity: is charged according to meter reading upon check out (0.9 ILS per 1 KW). Extra guests charge : over 3 guests - we charge 25$ per each guest per night (all ages) Extra bedding- are charged separately. you have the option to wash and dry at the apartment.
