Point Lonsdale Beach House - 3min to the beach 🏖

A bright and breezy family beach home ready for you to relax. A 3-minute walk to the beach, 5-minutes to the dog beach and a 30-minute walk (or 5-minute drive) to the centre of Point Lonsdale or Queenscliff.   Huge front deck & kitchen set up ready for all your entertaining needs. Family and dog friendly, cot & nappy change table available plus a high fence that surrounds the perimeter. Big enough to accommodate the family but cosy enough for a couples beach retreat.   This beach house has beautiful bi-fold doors that open out onto the spacious deck equipped with BBQ & an outdoor table. The indoor table extends to seat 6. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds,  1 with 2 bunk beds (double bed at the bottom of one). All bedrooms & the living main area have reverse cycle air conditioners. Cosy up in front of the fire in winter or wander across the road to cool down in the beach during summer.
