NETFLIX AND UNLIMITED FAST WIFI FREE OF CHARGE ↬ Fantastic views over the pool, Airlie Beach, beaches, mountains, ocean, islands and the marina from the units balconies. ↬ This spacious unit sleeps up to 3 people. ↬ T.V ↬ Air-con, fans. ↬ Situated in a Resort that offers 2 Pools, Hot Tub, Bar/Restaurant. ↬ Laundry mat. ↬ BBQ area. ↬ Short walking distance to the main street where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes & beaches to enjoy. ↬ Free Parking. ↬ Balconies that have amazing ocean, marina, islands, mountains and pool views. ↬ Fully air-conditioned in the bedroom and living/lounge area. ↬ Free unlimited Wi Fi. ↬ Air-con. ↬ Kitchen has a stove/oven, kettle, toaster, microwave for cooking meals in. ↬ The bathroom has a shower/bath, toilet. ↬ Beach/pool towels are supplied for our guests to use. ↬ Guests can use entire place, 2 x pools, hot tub, restaurant, bar, pool table that's free to use. ↬ The Laundry mat is either at the block below or the block above under the carpark, costs is $4 per load $1 x 4 and also a dryer is in there as well for $4, there is a clothes drying rack on the balcony, clothes dry quick. ↬ The Reception is for resort guests that are not with Holiday in the whitsundays, so if you need anything please let us know and not them thanks. ↬ Although we may not have the pleasure of meeting you, the ease of self check-in means you can arrive at your leisure anytime after the check-in time, and is usually ready before 2pm, Your key is in a locked box for you. ↬ We are tour booking operators so feel free to ask us to book you on some tours, send you pictures before your holiday to make your holiday a breeze, in peak seasons tours can get filled up as well, best to book before arrival. ↬ We are always there for our guests when needed. ↬ We can organise your bus shuttles from the airport, just ask us. ↬ We are tour agents in Airlie only for our guests, we can book tours before you arrive, or we can meet you when you arrive to go through the tours with you. ↬ This Resort unit is situated going up a hill that overlooks Airlie, so the views are amazing, there’s 6 terrace blocks, this unit is in the 2nd block up, so it’s close to the main pool/hot tub/spa, bar and restaurant. ↬ For the Mum's and Dad's we hire out cots and prams must book in advance (subject to availability). ↬ We supply a complimentary starter kit for your stay, comprising of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, just to make your stay even easier. ↬ This unit is above the pool, bar and restaurant, might get a little noisy on the weekends, bar closes at around 10.30pm on the weekends. ↬ The Resort unit is super close to Town, Grocery store called Woolworths, Shops, Bars, Cafes, Restaurants. ↬ The Port of Airlie Marina is only 15-20 min walk to, that’s also where the interstate bus terminal is as well. ↬ Getting around is super easy, you can walk, Tuk Tuks, bikes, cars, we don’t have UBER here, only taxis, they are super quick to respond. ↬ Free car parking for those with a car, if you have something bigger that won't fit undercover there is also free street car parking all day/night close to the units location. The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property. TENANTS: A responsible adult (over 21 years of age) must always be on this site when children are present. No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum 3 guests allowed on this property. NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties. The guests agree that the premises will NOT BE USED AS A PARTY HOUSE. PARKING: is available off and on street. GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden. PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels. KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property. SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed. TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.
