Holmdale, Ambleside

Holmdale is a wonderful property right in the heart of Ambleside. The property has been thoughtfully renovated by the current owners, who have created a stylish space for family and friends. The open plan dining-kitchen with it's log burner is the perfect hub for your stay, with a separate living room, and two double bedrooms; the master bedroom has a lovely ensuite.  The second bedroom has a zip and link bed that can be configured as either a double or a twin, and the family bathroom with a shower over a bath is a great place to soak after a days walking. The central location of Holmdale puts you in the heart of the attractions of Ambleside, but on sunny days you can also sit out at the back of the property and chill out. Good wifi, digital radio and smart-TV provide you with all the connections you need, making Holmdale a great choice for a break. In the back yard there is a separate secure outbuilding with a washing machine and tumble dryer and ample room to store your bikes and kit.  Parking on Compston Road is limited to one hour parking disc only (disc provided in the house), but there is a parking permit provided for the local carpark only a few minutes walk away.
