Black01’s exterior is black metal clad with translucent glass windows and doors that open out to large timber decks. Its white interior has a spacious living area, lime washed timber floors throughout and a galley kitchen serviced with Miele appliances. It has a lockup garage and large secure backyard. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate laundry. Bedroom 1 and 2 have queen size beds. Bedroom 3 has a double sofa bed. You have the flexibility of being able to combine bedroom 2 and 3 by opening an adjoining barn door.
