Entering the villa from the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area, offering breathtaking sea view through the large glass doors, with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed electrical appliances and the indoor dining area with seating for 8 people. The living room area, consists of a large, comfortable corner sofa and a flat screen TV and has direct access to the main terrace and the pool. Also, on the ground floor there is one of the bedrooms with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and amazing sea view. This bedroom has direct access to the pool area. On the upper level there are the rest two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies with sea view. All bedrooms are spacious, airy and they have been furnished in luxurious and contemporary style. The outdoor area will be your favorite spot at this villa! An infinity pool and the outdoor jacuzzi offer the unique experience of swimming while gazing at the amazing sea view. Also, there is outdoor furniture with pergolas and shaded areas, as well as a BBQ area. Our little guests can enjoy at the outdoor playground. Taking care of them the area has been planted with grass to avoid accidents. The entire property has been crafted to help you relax and refresh yourself through your stay. With a capacity to host 8 guests, this beautiful villa is ready to welcome you! Please note that this villa is part of a complex of two twin villas, so if you are more than 8 guests you can book both of them! The famous beach of Falasarna is only 14 km from the villa and in the area there are many local tavernas and restaurants where you can enjoy the delicious Mediterranean cuisine. **For season 2022 the pool can be heated with an extra cost of 40 € per day.
