A beautiful renovationed 1910 cottage with a stylish interior and quality amenities gives you extremely comfortable feeling of home. Fantastic location allows you only a short stroll to Queens Park, Cobb+co museum, Saturday farmer market, such central attractions. The cottage has 3 well equipped bedrooms, a queen bed in bedroom 1, a single bed and a Bunkbed in bedroom 2, and a double bed in bedroom 3, which also can be used as a study. All bedrooms are set up with very comfortable beds and quality linens. A port a cot can be set up only when you require it. The common area includes a light full lounge room with Netflix, TV, elegance dinning area, full equipped kitchen and front undercover verandah, which is a perfect spot for a cup and watching the kids playing in front garden. There is a very relax swing chair in the front garden. We provide Necpesso coffee machine and pods. It is so easy to make a nice cup yourself. The bathroom is very functional and stylish. A bathtub with the strong hot water shower above, separate toilet. There is a wash machine inside the cottage, the wash powder is provided. There's drying rack and space in bedroom 3 for your wet clothes. Dryer is available on require the wet days. There is a container for smokers at the front yard. Please always smoke outside and use the container. Unlimited free on street car parking is considered safe and convenient. The whole cottage is available to you, Just note there's a studio at the rear of the property, which is my another Airbnb list. You have separate access each other.
