Apartment with pool and parking 100m beach and shops: The apartment of 85m2 is in the residential town of S'Agaró 100m from the beach and restaurants, 5min from Platja d'Aro and 22km from Girona Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large terrace with a chill out area and a private garden, as well as having a community pool available all year round. The two bedrooms have a double bed and a bunk bed with a trundle bed. There are two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and a private parking space. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the entrance you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups under 25 years are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
