If you are a history enthusiast, head to the town of Pazin, where you will find the Pazin’s Castle, the largest and best preserved medieval fortress in Istria. For the lovers of natural beauties and outdoor recreation, there are various options for hiking or biking. There are numerous trails at your disposal and one of the most famous among them is Parenzana, which connects unique Istrian towns, from Grožnjan and Motovun all the way to Vižinada.
