A spacious, quality, split level, over 3 levels bedroom, 2 bathrooms. (2nd bathroom is located on 1st level via garage and laundry) Pets are welcome (there is a pet fee $15 per night) There is everything you will need for a relaxing self catering stay. Ideal for family holiday or professionals looking for a quiet location after work. Only 500m swimming and fishing beach, walk/cycle path and nature reserve, short 7-10 min drive from most local attractions, city center and shops. This spacious open plan house has been set up to a high standard with care and love so that you can just walk in, put your feet up and have a relaxing break from the worries of every day life. You even have complimenarty Tea, coffee and milk provided on arrival so you can get straight into holiday mode. There is a delightful large private back yard and Bbq area. Security parking for 1 car and plenty of room for extra cars even a boat or a small truck. The house is perfect for couples and families, looking for a sea side get away also professionals and staff working in Albany for a few days, weeks or months. Wifi is available on request. There is so much to see and do in Albany that you will wish you had booked for longer. Guests have access to all areas of the house and yard during your stay. As I live in the next door house there is the added bonus of access to extra parking or yard space for pets if required. Store room is not accessible. Generally like to greet you on arrival and assist you with checking-in and to answer any questions you may have, then leave you to settle in and get on with enjoying your visit to this lovely part of Western Australia. I live next door so if there happens to be any issues during your stay am usually close at hand. If for any reason I am away during your stay then I will provide you with alternative guest support details. The house is only minutes away from a popular fish & chip shop (The Squid Shack), Kalgan River Cruises, Emu Point Cafe, local Bowling and Tennis Club, Albany 18 hole links golf course. There are parks with Free BBQ's, play ground, safe swimming and fishing beaches again only a few minutes from the house. The National ANZAC center is a 7 min scenic drive away, along the way you will pass Middleton Beach which also has cafe's, lovely parks, walks and safe beach for swimming, you may even see a whale or 2 from July to Oct if your lucky. Other key local attractions are approx 10-30 min drive away, Museums, Brigg Amity, Wind Farm, The Gap & Natural Bridge, Historic Whaling Station to name a few. There are numerous walk/cycle paths through out Albany (including the one opposite the house) most are linked and will take you all the way into the City Center and beyond. There is a Bus service but only runs twice a day and once on weekends. Havana Villas only 8 min walk from house has a large range of bikes guest can hire. Albany has 2 Taxi services available. The house is not really suitable for toddlers up to 2 years old, as there are numerous steps as the house is split level. 2nd bathroom is located on 1st level via the garage and laundry, we believe this is due to when it was built family would shower off before entering main house. There is no locks on upstairs bathroom or toilet due to safety and access, recommendation by health inspector. If guests are staying longer than a week the house will be serviced on request eg. Change of linen and bathrooms cleaned. At no extra charge. (No dishes will be washed. I will arrange this with you when you check-in. Pets are welcome but it is at owners risk, the house is opposite a there is an extra fee per night of $15 for 1 pet $20 for 2 or more pets, money must be paid prior to check-ou. This fee can be negotiable for long stays. Dog bowls and beds can be provided if required. Guests must clean dodo,s up after their pets else extra charges could apply. Local Government Law states no pets are allowed in bedrooms so guests must close bedroom doors while pets are inside the house. On check-out house must be left in a neat and tidy state with all dishes washed, floors swept, bin emptied and rubbish put in appropriate bins provided outside by the garage door.
