Nearby is the famous PARENZANA cycling trail leading to Slovenia and Italy. Villa Mirna is adapted for disabled people with a ramp to enter the villa and with adapted bathrooms, and for the disabled there is a swimming pool adapted. Villa Mirna has a capacity of 8 persons, which can be accommodated in 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 of which have their own bathroom and the fourth room in the ground floor shares the bathroom with another bedroom. Two bedrooms are on the floor below the ground floor (pool level) each with about 12 m2 both with a bathroom of about 6 m2. Two bedromm are in the groundfloor with one bathroom with a size of 5.5 m2. The rooms in groundfloor are with 16 m2 and the other with a size of 23 m2 with a sitting set (sofa) and Satellite TV and exercise bike. The basement also has an ancillary kitchen and table football. Three rooms have a spacious double bed and one room has two single beds. All bathrooms have a hairdryer and two bathrooms have bidets. There are two bathrooms for the disabled. The ground floor has two bedrooms and a large kitchen equipped with all appliances and quality kitchen equipment of 29 m2 and a living room of 19 m2. The kitchen has a dining table for 6 people. The 19 m2 living room has a spacious seating area, satellite TV and play station 3 and WI-FI is also available to guests. On groundfloor there is a separate tpoilet. The kitchen has a dishwasher and the villa also has a washing machine. The villa is also suitable for children (cildern are wellcome) and has two cots and two chairs for children (a feeder), and a table football and a play station for children. All rooms are air-conditioned and all rooms are heated if needed. The villa has one loggia overlooking the Mirna River valley, measuring 11 m2 and a covered 18 m2 terrace on the ground floor with a lounge area by the pool. Both the loggia and the terrace are equipped with seating. The pool is equipped with deck chairs, parasols and an outdoor shower. It is adapted for disabled people. The villa has its own ground of 700 m2 with covered parking on private land for 3 vehicles. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful and landscaped lawn with ingrown trees and the whole property is fenced for maximum intimacy. There are also two bikes available. Pets (two smaller or one larger dog) are allowed for an extra charge. Guests are requested to clean the villa before departure.
