The winter bedroom offers a queen bed and access to the deck. The autumn bedroom is appointed with a full-size bed and a smart TV. The spring bedroom includes a twin bed. The summer bedroom provides a twin bed and a foosball table. A heavy-duty cot with a mattress offers additional sleeping space. One bathroom has a tub/shower combination, while the other has a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Take your morning coffee on the patio. The huge deck is equipped with a gas grill and two cozy seating areas. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and badminton game are provided. Driveway parking is available for four vehicles. Street parking is prohibited. This raised home is accessed via half a flight of steps. It is not equipped with air-conditioning. Parties are not allowed. Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm-7am (no outdoor activities after 10pm). Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits. Refunds will not be granted due to eviction. Both firearms and fireworks are prohibited on the premises.
