Completely renovated in 2018, this first floor apartment with its large terrace is located in the pinewood of Marina di Grosseto, at 400 meters from the beach, and can accommodate up to 6/8 guests. The entrance is via the large furnished terrace into the kitchen and living room area. Here you find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs, as well as a double bed sofa and a TV. In the further course there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. Between the two rooms lies the bathroom with shower and lots of natural light. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which offers another bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower. The intimate and lovingly selected interior with its maritime flair is harmoniously complemented by bright, friendly colors. Parking space for your car can be found right in front of the house. In the center of Marina di Grosseto you find numerous restaurants and bars - especially on the beach promenade, as well as shops for daily needs. At the numerous children's playgrounds, the smaller guests will find plenty of fun. The well-known village of Castiglione della Pescaia is just 10 minutes drive north of Marina di Grosseto. Guests have the whole apartment for themselves as well as the garden, the outdoor area and the BBQ.
