Quiet and very comfortable apartment of about 35 square meters is located on the ground floor of a characteristic building. ★ BEDROOM: equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. ★ LIVING AREA: with relaxation corner, a double sofa bed and Smart TV ★ KITCHEN: on sight it has a fridge, stove, microwave, electric kettle and kitchen utensils. ★ BATHROOM: with shower and bidet. ★ GARDEN: a truly enchanted place, furnished with a table and chairs for relaxing outdoors. ★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: WIFI, air conditioning (1 split), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Possibility to rent a cot for a fee - 10 euros per stay, linen included. Access for guests The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival. IF THE EARLY CHECK-IN IS NOT AVAILABLE, IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED. For check-in from 21:30 to 01:30 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash on arrival, according to the following: EUR 25 from 21:30 until 23:00 EUR 30 from 23:00 and 00:00 EUR 40 from midnight to 01:30 Check-in after 01:30 is not possible, even for a fee.
