Welcome to our "Favourite Finds Guest Suite"! Please enjoy and take advantage of our lovely suite that has everything that "we" would want if "we" were to live in the unit ourselves! Be our GUEST in our newly renovated two-bedroom, separate basement apartment. Close to downtown, all amenities, and tourism hot spots. Comes with free parking space for 1 car, The Single Parking Spot on the Driveway can "STACK" 2 Honda Civics, on the LEFT side of the house facing the garage. Please contact us if you need a second parking spot, we will try our best to make arrangements if notified in advance. No overnight parking is permitted on the street. Wi-Fi and TV included. The unit is completely private, with its own separate entrance with an electronic keypad for easy check in and check out. Our home is located in a peaceful, mature neighborhood. Place is not suitable for parties or events. Spacious upper-level entry way has space to park your bikes or golf clubs if need be. Our unit is modern with some vintage accent pieces that we have collected over the years to bring character and warmth to your stay. The ceiling height in the main living area is 7 feet 8 in to be exact! Large egress windows and adjustable ambient lighting provide lots of light throughout the unit. To make things a little bit fancier we installed multi-function spa shower-head in the bathroom and a beautiful large kitchen sink with a commercial style Pull-Down kitchen faucet. The wardrobe and dresser in both of the bedrooms offer ample storage as well as a desk and chair provided in bedroom 2 for a little work space. There are so many wonderful types of accommodations in the area but our guests get to experience living in the heart of Old Town Niagara-on-the Lake from the comfort and safety of our home sweet home within your own private space. We have tried our best to provide all the essential amenities being away from home. Since we are new to this sharing vacation rental community, we welcome any suggestions to always improve your next stay. The location of our home is great for our guests to enjoy walking to the lake and meandering through the quaint and beautiful streets, trails with all the amazing things this town has to offer such as the very best wineries, dining, boutique-shopping, hiking, and the theatre and much more… For those who WORK while on vacation. We just updated our internet to Bell Fibe and at 170 Mbps (upstream and downstream) it is awesome for Zoom Meetings or just for doing some last minute work. We also provide both WiFi and hardwire connections in the room. Other things to note: Please be respectful of neighbours and their property, since there are no fences between the properties. Staircase is 11 steps down to the lower unit. Not wheelchair accessible. There is potential for noise (we do live in the house, but will always try to be as quiet as possible) Interaction with guests: Someone will always be available by call or text if you have any questions or concerns.
