Relax in the large comfortable lounge room or take time out on the beautiful lawn with a refreshing drink after a day of exploring our wonderful city. Dean's place is homely and inviting and consist of 2 X large bedrooms with queen beds and a comfortable double pull out sofa bed in the lounge. A large comfy lounge room and well stocked kitchen dining area with all you'll need to rustle up whatever culinary delight you fancy. There is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience and the whole place is made cozy by a split system a/c unit. A porta cot and high chair is supplied too. The whole house and grounds have recently been completely renovated to a high contemporary standard. Plenty of off street parking is available on the driveway. Entry to the property is by lock box at front door.
