This holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical house in Valle d'Aosta with a total of two residential units in the hamlet of Conclonaz, approx. 10 km from Sarre. The upper floor apartment is occasionally occupied by the owner. The house is located in the mountains of the Aosta Valley, at 1250 meters above sea level, and is ideally placed for trips along the many hiking trails in the area. On the other side of the house, across the street, there is a terrace equipped with an umbrella from which you can admire a splendid view of the valley, the city of Aosta and the surrounding mountains. Above the old castle of the village of Sarre there is the "Tetto di Sarre", a vertical rocky wall, one of the most difficult climbing walls and famous among climbing enthusiasts. The city of Cogne is 22 km away and offers over 70 km of ski slopes. Aosta is about 12 km away, where you can admire numerous monuments of Roman origin and visit the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta. In the restaurants and trattorias you can taste the local delicacies of the rich culinary tradition. Parking on the street in front of the house.
