Downtown Hideout is the ideal location for a family. The Apartment is on the ground floor and offers a fully equipped eat-in Kitchen with a bed couch. The whole apartment has been fully renovated. The Bathroom has a big shower and a washing machine. The Bedroom has a Kingsize bed. There is also a double bed couch. In the sitting room there is a Smart TV with Netflix and Internet connection . The garden is tiny but private. You can park your bike in yard. Interaction with guests I will respect your privacy. I live a hundred meters away and I will be available if you have questions or if you want to have a contact in Brixen. The location is very quiet and I expect of you to live in harmony with our neighbor. Thank you Other things to note I kindly ask for your understanding that: -Downtown Hideout is located on the ground floor with a garden in front of the door, so it can happen that insects come into the house! -Downtown Hideout is located in a pedestrian zone, you can't arrive by car in front of your front door even to unload your luggage. Taxi are allowed. -Downtown Hideout is located in the most central place of the city and is very quiet except that when there are events or parties in the city. -No pets are allowed! The city Brixen charges a tourist tax of 1,55 Euro each adult each overnight stay, that I have to collect.
