This comfortable, two-story home is the perfect mix between modern and rustic charms. Spend unforgettable times in the open concept living space that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. It offers vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of sunlight. The gorgeous and well-equipped living room is the perfect place to unwind at home. Boasting comfortable furniture (a sofa, loveseat, and armchair), a gas fireplace, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable, you will not want to leave! The living room opens to a well-equipped patio with an outdoor dining area and a gas grill. This is the perfect opportunity to show off your grilling skills! The marvelous kitchen is simply a delight. The chef of the group will fall in love with all the modern, stainless steel appliances available, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, electric oven, and dishwasher. You will even have two coffee makers to choose from (Keurig and a regular coffee pot) and a tiled island that seats four. The adjoining, wooden dining table seats six more people! Two bedrooms on this level share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The loft area upstairs offers a nice sleeping nook with a bunk bed and a foosball table. The other bedroom on this level has a private balcony and an en-suite full bath that can be shared with the loft area. Things to Know Please bring your own pods for the coffee maker. The WiFi can be slow due to our being a mountain town. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town. Our internet signal is different than in big cities. When there is not a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow. Parking notes: Four vehicles will fit in the driveway; there is no garage at this home. Please park only in the designated parking areas provided for your rental unit. Do not block another’s driveway. From November 1st to May 1st, roadside parking is prohibited in eastern Placer County and North Lake Tahoe to allow for snow removal and emergency access. Parking on the street may result in a ticket or your vehicle being towed. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
