Sperlonga is only 7 km away with its characteristic old town, the marina and sandy beaches; 20 km from Gaeta with its monuments and beautiful beaches. In a little more than one hour you can reach Rome and Naples. The villa is built with quality materials (floors in Vietri ceramics and wooden floors) and it is set inside a residence with tennis court, parking, pedestrian path (for the more sporty) that leads to the beach with beach resort at 800 m. The house is structured so that every room has its own sea view. On the ground floor a panoramic living with double sofa bed, kitchen corner and fireplace, bathroom with shower; a spiral staircase leads to the first floor with a double bedroom (with electrically adjustable bed back) with private balcony with sea view and a small bedroom without door (separated from the hallway by a curtain) and without seaview from its window, bathroom with separate shower room.
