Elbury Farm is a working farm situated on the National Trust Killerton Estate, on the outskirts of Broadclyst. We offer a beautiful, peaceful location less than 6 miles from Exeter city centre and just over a mile from the airport. The cottage is semi-detached and spacious - consisting of an entrance hallway, kitchen, lounge / diner, boot room (also with direct access to the yard) and conservatory downstairs, whilst upstairs has 3 good sized bedrooms, a large landing and a bathroom. The property has ample parking and a private, self contained garden overlooking the fields. Well behaved and house trained pets are welcome - I just ask that all pets stay downstairs. I also have 2 cats which you are likely to see around the farm. I live next door in the main farmhouse so I am always around for any questions or needs you may have.
