LUXERIJ Wellness Villa Familyhouse

Our priority is to rent to families or similar group composition! The Luxerij is a beautiful vacation farm suitable for families or similar groups. All wellness facilities are available. Also for the children there is plenty of entertainment. In short, everything that makes a weekend or vacation unforgettable. In the original Saxon farmhouse, dating from the late 1800's, you will find on the ground floor a spacious kitchen with all imaginable amenities, dining area and living room. The kitchen and living room offer enough space for guests to have breakfast and dinner and to sit cozy by the fireplace. In addition, there is a beautiful lounge area near all wellness facilities. Five bedrooms and two spacious shared bathrooms with bathtub are located on the second floor. Next to the accommodation there are two more luxurious outdoor accommodations. These lodgings have their own private bathroom, private dining table and private terrace. The solarium area is also equipped with a shower cabin. Moreover, upon arrival various types of massages can be booked which are done by our own masseuse in our cozy massage room. In all living and sleeping areas, solarium, sauna, and around the large terrace and pool is the heos music system present. Most bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring mattresses with electrically adjustable beds in bedrooms 1, 4, 6 and 7. The entire complex on the ground floor, including the lounge area with table fireplace, is equipped with underfloor heating so also in winter a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen has a large stove, microwave, two dishwashers, two refrigerators and a spacious freezer. All other necessary equipment including a coffee bean machine and ice maker is available. After booking, you can book your own home cook who, if available, can provide an extensive dinner with a delicious wine arrangement. A washing machine and dryer are in a separate room. The fitness room is located outside near the lounge area. The entire rental area is completely private. There are no other guests in the accommodation. For the sporty guests, the surroundings are very inviting for cycling and walking. A tennis court is about 500 m away and a golf course less than 10 km away. The beautiful garden with soccer field, volleyball field, large trampoline and swing also offers plenty of entertainment for the children. It is even possible to book a cruise in Giethoorn on our own traditional sailing boat on arrival.
