It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area and an open kitchen with a hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven, coffee machine and electric kettle. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The toilet has a large bath with shower and bidet. Further services available to guests: WIFI, heating, A / C, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. PARKING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE in the large private garage of the apartment. Bed linen and towel set provided upon arrival for a truly comfortable stay. *** The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. The rate includes clean bed linen and towels for each guest, for a truly comfortable stay. CHECK-IN is normally from 16.00, but can be anticipated if there is no outgoing guest. CHECK-OUT normally takes place before 11.00 am, but can be postponed if there is no incoming guest. *** Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail. *** Upon arrival you will be asked to pay in cash: - the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Turin by guests from the twelfth year of age, equal to € 2.3 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights; *** At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.
