The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood next to the sea. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, alarm, central heating, air-conditioned, private swimming pool, garage the same building, 8 fans, TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French). In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided. As stipulated in the announcement, the groups of young people under 30 coming to enjoy the nightlife in Roses will not feel comfortable in the house because, to respect the well being of all, we ask our customers not to organize parties and other festive evenings in the house after 22h. Also, it is requested the greatest discretion in the common parts from 22h. (The establishment is non smoking and the animals are not accepted) For check-in between 8pm and 8am, extra charges will apply (from 8:00 pm to 12:00am — 30€, from midnight 50€, then after each extra hour .....10€ ).
