Two cosy bedrooms, one with King sized bed, the open plan lounge to dining area and the modern kitchen make this the perfect home away from home. Ideal for families, tourists looking to explore the city & business travellers after something more homely than a chain hotel! Kindly note the keys are collected 5 minutes from the property. The Space: The apartment has two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and bistro style dining area. We provide a towel for each guest, toiletries, cooking essentials along with tea & coffee - all you need to bring is yourself! Location wise, it doesn't get much better! You’re just off Duke St, with loads of fantastic restaurants moments away: Amalia is literally at the end of your road and do amazing pizza & pasta to eat in or take out. Liverpools iconic waterfront is 5 minutes away & all the shops of Liverpool One are 2 minutes down the road. You can open up the original iron doors onto a Juliette balcony and enjoy the hubbub of the city whilst you get ready to explore. Travel wise, the apartment is just 10-15 minutes walk from Lime St station, and 5 minutes from Central Station. We also have Paradise St bus/coach station a few minutes too. The apartment complex itself is quiet, relaxed and accessible to residents only. Guest Access: Full access to the apartment. The Neighborhood: The apartment is right in the city centre and has quiet friendly neighbours. Please respect our neighbours at all times. Getting Around: The apartment is so central that everywhere is within walking distance! If you wish to venture further afield the major transport links like Lime Street train station and Liverpool ONE bus station are all just a few minutes walk away. The closest secure car park is located a 7 minute walk away from the property. The price is £18 for 24 hours. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Interaction with Guests: We are contactable 24/7 but like to leave guest alone as much as possible to give them their privacy.
