Summary: This town house is in the beautiful Acacia Bay. Wake up to enjoy lake views from the master bedroom. Take a two minute stroll to the lake and soak in the serenity. The Space: This two-storey duplex has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a panoramic view of the lake and a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. Downstairs is a full kitchen, TV, and WiFi and laundry. Next to that is a conservatory that opens to a patio with barbecue to enjoy on a nice sunny day. The barbecue is offered to guests ‘as is’. This item is not in our cleaning staff’s schedule so please be sure to clean it after use. There is a covered car park off street and plenty of additional space on the road. The Neighborhood: This house is in a very quiet neighbourhood, made up predominately of holiday home owners. It is walking distance to The Bay Bar & Brasserie where you can enjoy a meal and drink. There is also a dairy nearby, where you can buy food and supplies for your stay. Just up the road is a great 'pirate ship' playground to entertain your little ones. A four-minute drive further will take you to the famous L'Arte Cafe & Gallery or stay on the lake and visit the nearby pontoon where you can also rent kayaks. Other Things to Note: * Stay 3 nights pay for 2 promotion details: • Promotion applies to stays during Sunday to Thursday • Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays • Excludes dates from the 24th of Dec to 31st of Jan To take advantage of the promotion please check with us first to see if your dates qualify. You will need to book 2 nights and we will block the third consecutive night from the calendar for you to enjoy. When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available. Please enquire (bedding for the cot is not provided). Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper and oil. For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties. If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $200. All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. Unless otherwise stipulated, breakfast items are not provided.
