Each floor has a separate holiday apartment, which has 3 living rooms (refer the sketch). Each kitchen unit is integrated with two hobs. First floor has an oven. The basement has 4 bathrooms with washrooms. This house is ideal for 2 to 3 families. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor pool, on the neighbouring plot of the owner. The steep stairs have protected gates. Table tennis table is available. The conservatory (1 floor) has a fireplace for heating. Youth groups are permitted, on request. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 13.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out.
