FERIEHOME COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION POLICY 1) If you decide to cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day due to closed borders, or your government has banned tourist travel to the region where the booked property is located, then you are entitled to a full refund that the agency received, deducted for the transaction cost. 2) If you decide to cancel a reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day because the region in which the booked property is located is on the red list, or you need to go to quarantine after staying in the booked holiday home, or flights to our region are canceled, then you will be issued a credit voucher for the amount that agency received, which you can use within 24 months from the issuing date, for the originally booked holiday home. 3) If for the reasons stated in Articles 1) and 2) you canceled the reservation within 29 days before the start of your holiday and the agency managed to book the same facility with another guest in that case the agency is obliged to issue a credit voucher in the amount of payment received from another guest within your term (last minute discount, etc.) which you can use within 24 months from the date of issuance of the voucher for the accommodation that was originally booked REMARK: • The guest cannot request a refund or a credit voucher for any reason other than the reasons stated above. • Although the cancellation conditions listed in this policy apply to most of our holiday homes, it does not apply to everyone because some holiday homeowners offer stricter or more flexible policies. • At your request, our agents will notify you of the cancellation policy for each house you are interested in. • If your reservation is made before November 1, 2020, our standard cancellation policy will apply, if your reservation is made between November 1, 2020 and February 10, 2021, our old Covid-19 policy will apply. Villa Almic offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a Video gaming room with PS4, and a multi-use playground court. There is also a summer kitchen with a covered dining area with a TV and BBQ affording you space to relax and enjoy the perfect dining both in and out. The villa is newly built, very luxurious equipped and comfortably large accommodates up to 10 people in five bedrooms, all air-conditioned, and completely covered with free Wifi. A parking place for 3 cars are secured on the property, and the car is recommended. Villa is positioned on a fenced 1.326 sq. meter plot. *Spacious outdoor offers a private and heated 9 x 4,5m pool, a fully equipped summer kitchen with TV, fridge, barbecue, and dining area for 10 pax. Additionally, there is a huge playground that offers various activities like basketball, football, or volleyball. Next to it is a playground for younger members of your group and offers a swing and a slide. *The ground floor offers a very spacious and comfortable opened plan living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen and pool views. The kitchen and dining room area has French doors opening to the pool area with an outdoor kitchen on the side. The living room is filled with sofas, a TV, and all are fully air-conditioned. There is also a very popular Media room on the ground floor that has a comfy sofa (can open into bed for 2 pax), a huge TV and PS4, and a corner for youngest with Lego cubes, a fun area for all ages. There is also a separate toilet. *The first floor offers Bedroom No1 with king-size bed 180x200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, air-condition, and a balcony with mountain and pool views. Bedroom No2 with double bed 160x200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, air-condition, and with mountain views. Bedroom No3 with king-size bed 180x200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, air-condition, and a balcony with mountain views. Bedroom No4 with 2 single beds 90x200cm, air-condition, and a balcony with mountain views. Bedroom No5 with 120x200cm bed with an additional 90x200cm bed (added as needed), a balcony with mountain pool views. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer, next to it is a terrace with pool views.
